Dear Wedding Professional

We have pleasure in providing details of our wedding shows located at venues throughout Kent and invite you to participate in this successful series of events. Our shows are the best attended in each of their respective towns, so you can be guaranteed an excellent number of prospective clients at any of our events as a result of a strong advertising campaign and commitment to providing a polished and professional exhibition ensuring you get the best possible support on the day.

The Exhibitor Package includes the space size of your choice plus:

Table (cloth covered) and chairs and a packed lunch for two with morning and afternoon refreshments
Listing in the Visitor Programme with contact details and 30 word description
A database of brides registering at the show to assist you in following up leads; data consists of names, address, telephone number, date and place of wedding (when known). No email addresses are provided.
Exhibitors have page of details on this website as soon as a booking is made

To assist Exhibitors gain the best marketing opportunities:

Advertisements may be booked within the Visitor Programme in addition to your free listing
All Exhibitors are invited to send a link to be placed free of charge on our website
Brides will have identifying sticker enabling exhibitors to target discussions

All events are widely advertised in local and county newspapers
Local radio campaigns are featured for all of our events
15,000 leaflets will be distributed within wedding magazines, by direct mail and via wedding professionals and posters are available for display in shops
Leaflets will be mailed to brides planning a wedding for 2010 onwards
Advertisements will appear in numerous wedding magazines including Wedding Day, Wedding Ideas, Planning Your Wedding, The KCC Guide to Registry Offices, National Weddings, KCC'S A Kentish Wedding and Medway Weddings
The events will be listed in Diary of Events pages on numerous wedding websites as well as on our own website www.wedding-experience.co.uk
Uniquely for wedding shows of this size admission to visitors is FREE
